All Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate at time of invoicing

Delivery is free to mainland UK

All Equipment unless stated otherwise will be delivered by Manufacturers, this being the case, standard delivery is one driver and equipment will be delivered on a pavement drop basis. To a clear ground floor location.

If you you require equipment siting and installing this must be organised through CHEF-SHOP, additional costs must be discussed with CHEF-SHOP sales.

Same or next day delivery can be organised, this must be discussed with our sales team.

All deliveries are subject to clear available access to park and unload vehicles.

It is your responsibilty to ensure all packaging is intact on delivery, if damaged in anyway CHEF-SHOP would suggest that delivery is not accepted, we accept no responsibilty for damage caused during delivery.

Warranty

All warranty claims must be made in the first instance through CHEF-SHOP.

Faults arising through, mis-use, incorrect installation and bad maintenance will be charged back to the customer.No warranty calls will be accepted for any equipment that is not paid for in full.

We endeavour to cover all warranty calls within 24 hours.
